Shop Titans: Complete Guide (September 2026)

How to run a profitable shop, craft and sell efficiently, gear heroes for quests, use gems wisely, and get the most out of the current events, Tier 16, the Tomb of Titans and the newest crafting systems.

Researched September 2026 — current as of version 26.9.1 (10 September 2026) and the "Magic is Back (to School)" update. Live games change; check the linked sources if something differs.

Quick Start

  1. Keep crafting slots busy at all times. Idle crafting slots are lost money. Queue longer crafts before you log off.
  2. Sell to customers, don't just fill racks. Haggle with every customer: Surcharge when you have energy to spare, Discount when you need energy back.
  3. Don't sell your first Epic or Legendary items cheaply. Higher-quality items are worth far more, either to customers or on the market.
  4. Upgrade resource bins and workers steadily. Resource production, not blueprints, is the main early bottleneck.
  5. Join an active guild early. Guild investment unlocks city buildings and bonuses, and guild events like the Lost City of Gold hand out big rewards.
  6. Send heroes on quests constantly. Quests bring the components you need for higher-tier blueprints.
  7. Spend gems carefully. The best early uses are permanent (workers, slots, storage) rather than speeding up timers.
  8. Check the event calendar. Content Passes, login calendars and community events give free blueprints and resources.
  9. Claim the free trials. Merchant Levels 10 to 20 get a 7-day Royal Merchant trial; Level 35+ non-subscribers get a 7-day Autocrafting Machine trial.

The Core Loop

  1. Resources come from resource bins over time: basics such as Iron, Wood, Leather and Herbs first, then rarer resources (for example Fabric, Oil, Jewels and Essence) as you unlock more workers and bins, and Stardust for Tier 16.
  2. Workers craft items from blueprints using those resources plus components from quests.
  3. Customers (heroes and townsfolk) walk into your shop and ask for items. You sell, haggle, or refuse.
  4. Heroes you recruit wear your crafted gear on quests and bring back components and loot.
  5. Profit buys shop expansions, furniture, workers, and more blueprints.

Crafting and Item Quality

Selling and Haggling

Action Effect When to use
Sell Normal price Low-value items, or when energy is balanced
Surcharge Spend energy to sell for more High-value items when energy is plentiful
Discount Sell for less but gain energy Cheap items when you need energy
Suggest Offer a different item When the customer wants something you don't have, or to move stock

Energy rules of thumb: discount cheap items, surcharge expensive ones. Decorating your shop and upgrading furniture improves your energy cap and customer flow.

The same update significantly reduced gold and gem unlock costs for areas including Chronos Ruins, Haunted Castle, Sunken Temple, Bleakspire Peak, Cinderlake Volcano, Void Dimension, Elysium, Ancient Jungle and Meteor Zone. If you stalled on unlocking a zone, check again.

Medium Content Pass Full Access Good value if you'll complete it
